Main Responsibilities

Work closely with the development teams and architects to understand product features and create a test plan. Design, develop and execute test scenarios and automated test suites for functional, system and performance testing. Build and improve the automation framework and automated reporting. Discover product bugs and work with the Development team to resolve the bugs and verify solutions. Responsibilities include setting up test servers as required by the test scenarios.

Required skills and experience

  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience of working in the areas of QA for enterprise products, with focus on Storage and Virtualization. Knowledge of Network Virtualization is a plus.
  • Fluent in scripting languages like Python, bash and PowerShell.
  • Experience in Linux and VMware system management/administration. Knowledge of command line tools and usage of Linux based virtual appliances. Knowledge of Windows server management/administration is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of QA methodology, testing techniques and approaches. Experience of developing automated test cases.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

Main Responsibilities

Work closely with the Global Customer Support teams to provide 24/7 attention to customer issues. Team will be response to ensure incident and case documentation meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
