How to Download the JSDR Software Bundle

This article applies to all JSDR software versions.

Overview

This article provides step-by-step guidance on how to download the latest JetStream DR software bundle. A downloaded “local” copy of the software is necessary for implementation and management of JetStream DR systems used with “in-house” or “on-prem” datacenters.

AVS customers using JetStream DR for AVS exclusively in the cloud do not need to manually download and install JetStream DR software. Instead, an AVS Run Command is used to directly install JetStream DR on your AVS SDDC.

Instructions

Before downloading the JSDR software bundle, ensure you have the following:

• A stable internet connection.
• Sufficient storage space on your device.

Downloading Directly

1. Access the following Download Link using a web browser.
   • JSDR-GA-4.3.0.596-240819.zip

Before downloading, it is recommended to verify the version number with JetStream support to ensure it is an appropriate release for you.

Downloading from AVS

1. Log into your AVS portal.

2. Navigate to SaaS subscriptions:
   

3. Select the active JetStream Software subscription:
   

4. Click the Open SaaS Account on publisher’s site link then enter credentials and authenticate:
   

5. Click the Download Page link:
   

6. Click the link to download a local copy of JetStream DR software.
