VMs with Disk Encryption
AROVA can protect VMs with disk encryption types: GMEK and CMEK.
When starting protection, three options are available to specify the encryption key for the secondary disk:
- Use the same key as the primary disk. The key should be a global key or multi-region key available in both regions.
- Select a global key from a drop-down menu selection.
- Manually specify a key. It can be a regional, global or multi-region key as long as the key is available in the secondary region.
