JetStream DR can failover a Protected Domain to a completely different recovery site. Upon task completion, protected site ownership is transferred to the the recovery site and operation continues from there.

This function can be used for disaster events where the primary site (including both service and compute clusters) have become temporarily or permanently unusable and need to be fully recovered.
