Protecting VMs with Independent-nonpersistent disks is not supported. This is VMware VAIO API limitation. Protection for VM with nonpersistent disks can be started if the VM has any persistent disk, however only persistent disks on the VM are protected and shown in JetStream DR UI. (DRBC-6492, DRBC-6493)
Protecting VMs that have disks shared with other VMs is not supported. This is a VMware VAIO API limitation. JetStream DR rejects attempts to start protection for such VMs.
Protecting VMs that has RDM (Raw Disk Mapping) disks is not supported. This is a VMware VAIO API limitation. JetStream DR rejects attempts to start protection for such VMs.
JetStream DR cannot protect VMs with NVMe disk controller type due to VMware limitations.
Azure Storage account (blob storage) with hierarchical namespace enabled is not supported.
