Some Linux distributions (e.g.SUSE 12) provide open-vm-tools package that do not allow passwordless execution. Either use password-based ReIP, or install latest available open-vm-tools package provided by ESXi hypervisor. (DRBC8188)
If ReIP is expected to be run on a Linux VM, make sure the python3 binary is present as a direct executable or a symbolic link to the actual binary. (DRBC8173)
Failover/Failback/TFO runbook groups cannot be configured with different settings. The latest change to any of these category of runbook groups will override the changes that were done to the other category. This issue is not applicable for independent runbooks. (DRBC8920)
When ReIP is used during any type of recovery, the recovery may complete with the warning message "Failed to deploy customization package." This is a known VMware issue related to properly fetching ReIP script execution status. If the IP has been correctly assigned to the VM this warning can be safely ignored; otherwise, contact JetStream support for guidance. (DRBC9140)
There is no dedicated runbook for test failback. Use the TFO runbook for any configuration changes during test failback. (DRBC9163)
