Perform the following to troubleshoot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Validate if a ping test works between the MSA and vCenter server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Verify the DNS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If the problem cannot be determined using the above steps, <a href=\"https:\/\/jetstreamsoft.com\/portal\/jetstream-knowledge-base\/collecting-support-logs\/\">download and review the support log files<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-alert wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\"><strong>Reference<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/jetstreamsoft.com\/portal\/jetstream-knowledge-base\/jetstream-dr-plugin-missing\/\">Check if JetStream DR plugin is missing<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Issue A registration failure may occur while deploying the MSA and registering vCenter server.
