Problem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A JetStream DR protected VM may fail during migration. Or, powering on a JetStream DR protected VM may take an unusually long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Check the following to resolve the problem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check the DRVA<\/a> associated with the domain where the virtual machine is being protected to confirm it is operational with no errors reported.

  2. Verify the replication log volume<\/a> is operating correctly. The JetStream UI will display an error warning if a replication log volume is not accessible or has an error.

  3. Address any issues discovered in the above steps, then re-try migrating or powering on the VM.
     <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If the problem persists, contact JetStream Software<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If there are any issues with a DRVA or its associated replication log, it is likely Storage vMotion will fail which may delay or slow powering on protected VMs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
