This alarm signals the network connection to a DRVA has been lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Possible Cause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This alarm is is triggered when a DRVA IP is not reachable by the MSA and vCenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to JetDR UI \u2192 Appliances Validate DRVA status \u2192 Details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Verify the network IPs are visible and correct.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Example: Checking IPs of the DRVA.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Validate the DRVA port status from the MSA using the nmap<\/strong> command: nmap -p 32878 <drva_IP><\/strong><\/kbd>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. From the DRVA: Ping the MSA and vCenter IP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If the DRVA is configured with a dual network, ensure routings are properly configured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Validate the DRVA network connection from the DRVA VM \u2192 Edit settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
