The main cause is typically related to communication between the DRVA and object store. Couldn't resolve host name<\/code><br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Access the DRVA console and execute the command <kbd><strong>cat \/etc\/ resolv.conf <\/strong><\/kbd>to display DNS server details. If this does not work as expected, modify the DNS server details accordingly.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">After resolving any DNS issues, validate the status to ensure proper operation.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If the DNS is intact and no underlying issues are observed, reboot the DRVA that the protected domain is associated with.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">The DRVA is a stateless appliance and changing any DNS entry from the console will be lost after a reboot.
