Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. View cluster details under the JetStream DR Configurations <\/em>tab.\n
      \n
    • Verify all hosts display an “OK” status and are configured with the correct IO Filter software version.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Check host status.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      1. If any host has an error status or if any IO Filter version is missing, click its corresponding Resolve Issue<\/em> link.\n
          \n
        • If operating in the AVS environment, use the Run command: Resolve-Hostissue<\/strong><\/em>.

        • Ensure the IO Filter storage providers are online.\n
            \n
          • Check from vCenter by navigating to Configure \u2192 Storage Providers<\/strong>.

          • Validate if the JetStream DR storage policy is intact.\n
              \n
            • Check from vSphereClient \u2192 Policies and Profiles \u2192 VM Storage Policies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Multiple datastore policies related to JetStream DR will typically be created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. If no JetStream DR policies are listed, navigate to the JetStream DR Configurations <\/em>tab, select the problem cluster and then click the Resolve Configure Issue <\/strong>button.
