Gathering the MSA support bundle via the command line interface (CLI) can be performed when the MSA web UI is accessible. This should be done under supervision from the JetStream support team.
Instructions
- Log in to the MSA appliance console or use an SSH session (PuTTY).
- Execute the command: jetdr ms --support
- Logs can be accessed from the directory
/var/lib/vme2/sub/or they can be downloaded using the HTTP link shown after executing the above command. - Upload the logs to JetStream support.
