Problem
A JetStream DR protected VM may fail during migration. Or, powering on a JetStream DR protected VM may take an unusually long time.
Solution
Check the following to resolve the problem:
- Check the DRVA associated with the domain where the virtual machine is being protected to confirm it is operational with no errors reported.
- Verify the replication log volume is operating correctly. The JetStream UI will display an error warning if a replication log volume is not accessible or has an error.
- Address any issues discovered in the above steps, then re-try migrating or powering on the VM.
- If the problem persists, contact JetStream Software.
