Reach the JetStream Software support team using any of the following methods:
- Customers who have access to the JetStream Support Portal can raise and monitor support tickets there.

Note: JetStream Software adheres to industry-standard severity levels. Users are advised to accurately specify the severity level when reporting issues to ensure effective case handling.
Sev_1: System is down or unavailable, causing critical business operations to cease.
Sev_2: Critical business operations are available, but some functions are impacted affecting application execution.
Sev_3: Systems are operational, but there is a problem or degradation of performance.
Sev_4: I require information or assistance on product capability, installation or configuration.
