Plugin Does Not Match MSA Version

This article applies to all JSDR software versions.

Problem

The plugin does not load after the MSA has been upgraded.

Solution

This can happen if the MSA version is higher than the plugin version after performing the MSA upgrade.

  1. Login to the MSA web console.
  2. Note if a new plugin is available for upgrading.
    • If so, click the link to upgrade the plugin.

After upgrading the plugin, log out and then log back in to the vCenter server to load the upgraded plugin.
