Issue
The Capacity Planning Tool (CPT) GUI version may display the below error when attempting to view output on screen.
Solution
The problem is caused because popup windows are being blocked for the website. This is how CPT output results are displayed.
Allow popup windows in the browser you are using to operate the CPT GUI version.
This problem is limited only to the GUI version of CPT when you attempt to view output results on screen. It does not affect the integrity of the reported data and it does not affect the operation of CPT operated from the command line.
