Collecting AROVA Support Logs
AROVA logs are used to investigate all ARO software related issues.
This is how to generate and download AROVA support logs for troubleshooting:
- Log in to the AROVA VM using Google Cloud SSH-in-browser.
- Navigate to the AROVA bin directory: cd local/jetdr-gcp/bin/
- Execute the script to collect logs: sudo ./aro-logs.sh

- A support log bundle will be created and the path to its file will be displayed.
- For example: /home/gcp_jetstreamsoft_com/local/docker/tomcat/sub/arova-logs_2024-11-08_19-12-21.tar.xz has been generated.
- Click the Download file link at the top of SSH-in-browser.

- A dialog window will appear. Enter the absolute path to the log file bundle (generated in the above step) then click the Download button to obtain the file.
