When a disk is removed from an independent protected VM, AROVA will automatically detect the disk removal and stop protection for that disk. AROVA will then perform steps to clean up components associated with the disk including:

    • Stop replication.
    • Remove the disk from the Consistency Group.
    • Delete the secondary disk.
    • Clean the protection record from the AROVA database.
