This request returns the historical statistics of a protected domain's replication log backpressure rate for a specified ID over a custom time range.

Usage:

GET on /domains/{id}/statistics/replicationlog/backpressureratecustom?start=<time>&end=<time>&max=<num_data_points>


Notes:
  * Time is unix epoch time in milliseconds.
  * num_data_points is the number of data points requested.
  * If only start is specified, the statistics that occurred at or after the given time are returned.
  * Both start and end are inclusive.

Two arrays of the same length, two longs and a boolean are returned, representing:
  * Time in milliseconds.
  * Delayed IOs per second.
  * Whether some data points were removed.
