This request returns the historical statistics of a protected domain's replication log backpressure rate for a specified ID from (current time - duration) to current time.

Usage:

GET on /domains/{id}/statistics/replicationlog/backpressurerate?duration=<time>&max=<num_data_points>


Notes:
  * Time is in milliseconds.
  * num_data_points is the number of data points requested.

  * Time in milliseconds.
  * Delayed IOs per second.
  * Whether some data points were removed.
