The priority level number is used to identify which protected domains get failed over using CFO and in what sequence. CFO fails over protected domains in batches. Using the priority level values assigned to the protected domains, the administrator could control that protected domains assigned priority level 1 get failed over together first, followed by protected domains assigned priority level 2, then 3, and so on.
