This table list some states that may be reported by GHV:

Description

INITIAL_SYNC_IN_PROGRESS

The background data is being replicated for the specific VM or the background data is being replicated for at least 1 VM in the domain.

INITIAL_SYNC_WAITING

The background data yet to be replicated is 0 for the specific VM and the background data is being replicated for at least 1 VM in the domain.

INITIAL_SYNC_NOT_PROGRESSING

The background data is NOT being replicated for the specific VM and the background data is NOT being replicated for any of the VMs in the domain.

RPO_GROWING

The gap between the rate of incoming data and the rate of replication to the object store is growing and exceeds the threshold value. An increase of this gap can affect the recovery point of the protected domain. The default value of the threshold is 20 minutes.

IO_ERRORS

The number of IO errors experienced by the protected domain is increasing and exceeds the threshold value of 100 errors.
