This cmdlet checks if the prerequisites to uninstall JetStream DR are satisfied before proceeding with the actual uninstall. The following checks are performed: 

  1. The provided cluster name exists in the datacenter.
  2. The MSA REST server is up and running (necessary for a clean uninstall).
  3. vCenter is registered with the MSA VM.

Invoke-PreflightJetDRUninstall Run command.
