Collecting CPT Support Logs

This article applies to all JSDR software versions

This article describes the steps for gathering CPT tool support logs.

CPT support logs are used to troubleshoot issue or errors that may occur when the tool is used to collect system stats or while generating CPT protection plans.

  1. From the CPT web UI navigate to About tab then select the Generate Support Log button.


     
  2. If the problem is related to protection plan generation, log in to the CPT console and retrieve the output from /opt/jetstream/jetdr/plans/<Task ID>, where <Task ID> corresponds to the ID of a failed task.
