In order for JetStream Software to quickly resolve issues, it is important to provide detailed log information for analysis. Collect the following log data to attach to a support ticket or respond to requests from the JetStream Support Team.

Collect JetStream Specific Data

In general, always collect and send the JetStream MSA Support Bundle which includes product-specific logs and configuration details essential to the proper functioning of JetStream DR software.

Collect VMware Related Data

In certain situations, the JetStream Software support team may request VMware-specific log files (e.g., vmware.log, ESXi host log, vCenter log) to assist in analyzing an issue and proposing a solution or workaround. If requested, follow the instructions below to collect required VMware log files.


Note: In the AVS environment, assistance may be needed from the Microsoft support team to gather ESXi Host logs and VCenter logs.
